As your agent, we take the day to day headaches of Property Management away from you.
We negotiate your leases, rent reviews, insurances and maintenance issues. We make being a landlord- easy!

Cost for finding a suitable tenant- one month`s rent of the property. For managing the property our fee is 10% of the monthly rent. Please note, we DO NOT CHARGE VAT.
We do not charge a Tenants Fee or an Admin Fee.
